People who host equipment can receive updates for new or rescheduled bookings, cancellations, and pickup reminders.

Admin users can create custom groups, add people by account or email address, and set an expiry date for each membership.

When creating a group, admin users can choose who is allowed to use it for event invitations.

Volunteers can choose which days and times work best for event invitations.
